iOS 12 and lower does not support downloading on popular browsers like Safari and Chrome, so you would need another browser with download support, we recommend trying Downloader Browser.
If you have iOS 13 you should be able to download videos and subtitles from Safari.
In your player's menu try to find "Add subtitles" option and select downloaded subtitle file.
If you have a PC, we recommend using VLC video player (http://www.videolan.org/vlc), subtitles should connect automatically.
We enable watching videos on Apple TV by using AirPlay.
To stream via AirPlay you need another Apple device with Safari browser. Make sure Apple TV and device are connected to the same Wi-Fi, then Airplay icon should be visible in our video player's menu.
Please make sure that your playback speed is set to 1.00, this has been the main cause for suddenly losing sound on Smart TV browsers
The reason may be in the Chrome settings: "hardware acceleration".
Please, try to disable this option. Here is the description how you can do it: http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/internet/how-turn-off-gpu-hardware-acceleration-in-google-chrome-3605455/.
Without active subscription you can only watch 30 minutes and translate 40 words daily. For example, if you reached your limit today at 13-00, you can continue watching tomorrow at 13-00.
For choosing the translation language you should go to the page https://ororo.tv/users/settings and choose your language on the bottom of the page.
Please, make sure you have Show Tab Bar option disabled in your Safari browser settings, more info: https://www.live2tech.com/show-tab-bar-safari-iphone-7.
If the menu isn't hiding, you might have accidentally pressed the C button, which controls the hide or show menu. Try to to toggle this option.
It could be connected with this specific setting in Chrome browser: https://www.howtogeek.com/428416/how-to-enabledisable-multiple-file-downloads-in-chrome/.
Please, check in another browser or Chrome's Incognito mode. If it's okay there, then most certainly the issue is in this setting.
If you are using iPhone or iPad, then, unfortunately, Chrome stopped supporting Chromecast in iOS. We recommend using Web Video Cast.
If you have another device, please, plug off your Chromecast, wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in, restart your browser and check again.
To make subtitles show by default on Apple TV:
From the Home screen of your Apple TV, select the Settings icon; Select General; Select Accessibility; Select Closed Captions + SDH, so it is set to On.
You can also enable subtitles manually:
For Apple TV 4th generation models and newer - while a video is playing, swipe down on the touchpad remote to bring up caption options at the top of the screen. Select the English option to enable captions. Swipe up on the touchpad to dismiss the caption options at the top of the screen.
For Apple TV 2nd and 3rd generation models - while a video is playing, hold down the select button (the silver round button at the top of the remote) for a few seconds and this will bring up a menu for captions. Turn captions to "English" (and not "Auto"). This will turn captions on when you return to the video. To return to the video, select the menu button on your remote to go back.
We're aware of some issues on different Smart TVs, but unfortunately, we can't fix all of them. Each TV has its own browser with its own bugs that are beyond our control to debug and fix.
We recommend using Chromecast. We fully support it and it should provide a much smoother experience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
